Two individuals have been arrested for thefts reported from three homes in Bapu Dham Colony, Sector 26, in June, when the residents of the homes had been in institutional quarantine.
The thefts had come to mild on June 19 when just a few residents, who returned residence after finishing their 14-day institutional quarantine interval, observed the locks of their homes damaged. One of many residents had complained to the police that round Rs70,000, gold and different valuables had been stolen from the home. The police had registered a case on the Sector 26 police station.
The police nabbed one of many suspects, recognized as Karan, a resident of the colony, on July 26. He was within the possession of some stolen gadgets.
