Three teenaged boys of Bhaali village in Rohtak district who had gone for jogging this morning have been crushed to loss of life by a four-wheeler on the outer bypass highway.
The deceased boys have been recognized as Saurabh, Praveen and Pramod. All three of them have been within the age-group of 15-17 years.
Enraged over the tragic mishap, villagers blocked the highway in protest. The protesters maintained that that they had been demanding a hyperlink highway or an underpass connecting the principle highway to the village, however to no avail.
Administrative and police officers rushed to the spot and placated the irate villagers, following which the blockade was lifted.
