Farmers protesting towards the acquisition of their land for the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway on Thursday held a protest outdoors the Passiana police station on Sangrur street, right here.
Over 300 farmers related to the Sangharsh committee pitched a tent outdoors the police station. They raised slogans towards the state authorities.
Earlier, the protesting farmers blocked the whole street, however later allowed the visitors to move via.
