In line with the criticism submitted to the police commissioner, an unidentified particular person posing as a dealer has been circulating messages on WhatsApp statuses and teams claiming {that a} penthouse situated at The Magnolias, DLF Golf Hyperlinks on Golf Course Highway, is being offered at a distressed worth of 70 crore. The complainant said that the property just isn’t on sale and that he has been residing there for over a decade.

The complainant, Kunwer Sachdev, founding father of Su-Kam and Su-vastika, stated the misuse of such terminology was deceptive and defamatory. “The usage of the time period ‘misery deal’ wrongly implies monetary hardship and creates a false narrative in society.
