Chandigarh- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday paid floral tributes to the late Prem Kaur Kalyan, mom of Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, at a remembrance and tribute ceremony held at Kalyan Farm close to Madhuban.
