Patiala : Former MP Preneet Kaur on Tuesday termed the Nari Shakti Vandana Adhiniyam a historic and transformative step towards girls empowerment. Addressing a press convention together with the BJP Mahila Morcha in Patiala, she thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for introducing the laws. She mentioned the Act, which gives 33% reservation for girls within the Lok Sabha, will guarantee stronger political illustration and larger participation of ladies in decision-making and law-making processes.
