Jalandhar: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann will lay basis stone of Sri Guru Ravidass Ji Bani Addhyayan Kendra at Dera Sachkhand Ballan in Jalandhar at present. Centre shall be constructed in 10.5 acres with a value of Rs. 100 crore. AAP Convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal shall be current on the occassion.
