Applications open on SWAGAM portal for PM-UDAY scheme regularisation of 1,511 colonies

New Delhi:The appliance course of for regularisation of unauthorised colonies in Delhi below the Centre’s PM-UDAY scheme will start on Friday by way of the Municipal Company of Delhi’s SWAGAM portal, officers stated.

Applicants will need to log on to the portal and select their colony from the list of eligible areas.
Candidates might want to go surfing to the portal and choose their colony from the record of eligible areas.

The transfer follows the federal government’s determination to regularise 1,511 of 1,731 unauthorised colonies on an “as-is where-is” foundation. It will permit residents who’ve already acquired conveyance deeds (CD) or authorisation slips (AS) to proceed with formalising their properties, they added.

Candidates might want to go surfing to the portal and choose their colony from the record of eligible areas. The ward and zone particulars might be auto-filled. Then, the candidates should point out whether or not they have an current PM-UDAY Case ID, officers added.

These and not using a Case ID might be redirected to the PM-UDAY portal to finish the possession rights course of. These with a legitimate Case ID might want to enter it on the SWAGAM portal.
