The city Dabwali police has registered a case of cheating against two people on the complaint of the manager of the Dabwali branch of State Bank of India. Bank manager Ranjit Singh, in his complaint lodged with the police, said that Suresh Kumar Putra Leeluram, a resident of Ward No-7, Dabwali, took a loan of Rs 12 lakh from the bank in 2015 to buy a house. After purchasing the house, the accused got his registry registered and deposited in the bank. The installment of this loan was also paid by Suresh Kumar from time to time. The property is also visited from time to time by the bank. On 9 September 2020, when the bank officer went to inspect the opportunity, Pawan Kumar was found in that property. When bank personnel questioned Pawan Kumar about this, Pawan Kumar told that he had bought this house from Suresh Kumar. When the bank found out at its level, it came to know that Suresh Kumar has sold the said house, While the property with the bank cannot be sold. Suresh Kumar and Pawan Kumar have cheated together in the case, so action should be brought against them. On the basis of this complaint, the city Dabwali police has registered a case under Section 420, 406 of Bhadansan against Suresh Kumar as well as Pawan Kumar son Bhanwarlal resident ward number-13 Dabwali.
