Cab driver found dead with bullet wound in Gurgaon

A 30-year-old cab driver was discovered lifeless with a bullet wound in his head at Sector 38 in Gurgaon on Monday morning. A preliminary probe revealed that he was shot at from shut vary, stated the police.

The deceased has been recognized as Hari Om, a resident of village Barani in Jhajjar. He had been staying in a rented room in Islampur village for the previous two years.

In response to the police, the incident was reported round 10 am, following which a police workforce from Sadar police station rushed to the spot. Police sources stated the sufferer was murdered at a unique location and his physique was later dumped on the vacant place at Sector 38.

Aman Yadav, assistant commissioner of police, Sadar, stated: “It’s a blind homicide case. The sufferer’s brother has recorded a press release and an FIR of homicide has been lodged. The motive is but to be ascertained. The complainant has not named any suspects.”

Within the FIR, the sufferer’s brother, Manmohan Chand, stated: “My brother labored with a cab aggregator firm and was estranged from his spouse. Some unknown individual shot him lifeless.”

Police stated they had been checking CCTV footage from the realm to determine suspects. An FIR has been registered underneath IPC part 302 (homicide) related sections of the Arms Act on the Sadar police station on Monday.
