A gathering of the atmosphere ministers of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh with the Centre have to be held each 15 days to debate issues pertaining to air pollution and stubble burning, Delhi Atmosphere Minister Gopal Rai mentioned on Monday.
Such conferences will assist in bettering coordination between the states, the Delhi atmosphere minister mentioned is response to a query at a press convention.
