Delhi: Doctors, nurses to hold joint protest for pay

Docs at North MCD’s Hindu Rao Hospital can be joined by nurses for a two-hour indefinite protest towards the wage delay beginning Monday. Salaries of medical doctors, nurses, and several other different employees of well being services beneath North MCD — together with Hindu Rao, additionally a Covid facility — have been delayed since June.

Dr Sagar Deep, basic secretary of the hospital’s Resident Docs’ Affiliation, stated, “Nurses can be becoming a member of the protest on Monday. We will proceed protesting until our salaries are paid.”
