Delhi: Journalist, stockbroker arrested for cheating cracker factory owner of Rs 8 lakh

A journalist and a stockbroker had been arrested by the Ghaziabad police on Tuesday for allegedly dishonest the proprietor of an unlawful cracker manufacturing facility of Rs 8 lakh by promising safety from the police.
