Rewari, January 24
Following the instructions of the State Election Fee (SEC), matriculation certificates of newly elected Chairperson of the Dharuhera Municipal Committee, Kanwar Singh, has been discovered to be ‘invalid’ throughout an inquiry by Kosli SDM Kushal Kataria.
Impartial candidate Singh had just lately gained the polls for the Chairperson of the Dharuhera MC by defeating his rival Sandeep Bohra with a margin of 632 votes.
On January 4, Bohra had filed a grievance with the SEC elevating a query over the matriculation certificates submitted by Singh on the time of submitting his nomination papers and demanded an inquiry.
The SEC whereas performing on the grievance directed the Rewari district authorities to look into the matter.
“The matriculation certificates submitted by Kanwar Singh is faux because the Central Board of Larger Training (CBHE), which has issued the certificates, isn’t an affiliated board and therefore I had filed a written grievance to the SEC demanding cancellation of his election and registration of a prison case in opposition to him,” Bohra informed The Press Reporter.
The SDM throughout an inquiry sought a report from the Director Basic (Faculty Training), Secretary, Board of Faculty Training Haryana (BSEH), Joint Secretary, Minister of Training, Authorities of India, Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Training, Delhi, Directorate of Training, Delhi, and CBHE, Delhi, to search out out the veracity concerning recognition of the CBHE and the matriculation certificates.
“Any examination performed by the CBHE is neither equal to an examination held by the BSEH nor the CBHE is included within the equal checklist of the BSEH. Thus, the matriculation certificates introduced by Kanwar Singh alongside along with his nomination papers can’t be deemed as legitimate,” mentioned the SDM within the inquiry report.
In the meantime, Kanwar Singh whereas refuting the allegations claimed his certificates was legitimate.
“Bohra made the grievance with a malafide intention as he misplaced the election,” he added.
The SDM refused to expose the main points stating that the inquiry report had been submitted to the SEC.
