Demanding launch of BKU president Gurnam Singh Charuni, who was detained in UP when he was heading to Lakhimpur Kheri, farmers began a dharna outdoors Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s residence in Prem Nagar right here on Monday night.
Within the morning, farmers had blocked the NH-44 over gradual procurement.
They introduced to proceed their dharna until the discharge of Charuni.
Gurdeep Singh Aulakh, state core committee member, BKU (Charuni), was main the protest and introduced they won’t carry dharna until the discharge of Charuni.
He stated farmers will protest throughout Haryana on Tuesday if Charuni was not launched.
A lot of police personnel had been deployed.
