A crew of the state vigilance bureau caught an worker of an outsourcing firm red-handed for taking Rs 15,000 as bribe for sending the attendance of a ward attendant on the LNJP hospital in Kurukshetra to the corporate. The accused was recognized as Pawan Kumar.
The DSP State Vigilance Bureau mentioned the complainant, Sandeep Kumar, who works as a ward attendant on the hospital, had approached the bureau and alleged that Pawan Kumar and a supervisor of the agency had sought bribe for sending the attendance of his spouse Seema, who additionally works as ward attendant, at LNJP hospital.
The accused had demanded Rs 30,000, however the deal was mounted at Rs 15,000. —TPR
