Fourteen-year-old teenage sensation from Rohtak Unnati Hooda has secured her place within the Asian Video games in addition to Uber Cup by ending third within the girls’s singles after Aakarshi Kashyap and Ashmita Chaliha, who claimed first and second positions, respectively.
Hooda is the youngest Indian badminton participant to be a part of the Asian Video games squad.
A ten-member girls’s crew for the Asian Video games and Uber Cup will encompass PV Sindhu, Kashyap, Chaliha, Hooda alongside High-3 doubles pairs from the trials—Treesa Jolly-Gayatri P, N Sikki Reddy-Ashwini Ponappa and Tanisha Crasto-Shruti Mishra.
Sindhu, Sen, Srikanth and males’s doubles pair of Satwiksairaj and Shetty have been awarded direct entry into the squads for his or her world rankings inside High-15.
