Police stated the kid’s father filed a criticism on Wednesday, following which an FIR was registered on the Sector 53 police station beneath sections 17 (abetment of an offence) and 6 (aggravated penetrative sexual assault) of the Safety of Kids from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and part 65(2) (rape of a lady under 12 years of age) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
