Chandigarh-In a decisive transfer to strengthen accountability below the Proper to Data (RTI) Act, the Haryana Authorities has directed all departments to make sure the instant restoration of pending penalties imposed by the State Data Fee.

In a letter issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi to all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Chief Directors and Managing Administrators of Boards and Firms, Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners, clear directions have been given to implement the restoration course of in a time-bound method.

Class-A officers will contribute ₹10,000 per 30 days (₹5,000 in case of retired officers), Class-B officers ₹7,000 per 30 days (₹3,500 if retired), and Class-C officers ₹4,000 per 30 days (₹2,000 if retired) till your complete excellent quantity is recovered.

The federal government has clarified that in instances the place the involved SPIO has expired, the penalty shall be waived. For serving Sarpanches, restoration shall be made at ₹3,000 per 30 days from their honorarium.
