Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann at this time stated that Invoice handed by Punjab Vidhan Sabha on sacrilege concern has been despatched to Punjab Governor for his approval. His assertion has come a day after Governor stated that he has not obtained file relating to Invoice. Bhagwant Mann at this time tweeted in Punjabi and stated that file has been despatched to Governor for his signature.
