Amid rising coronavirus scare, the IIT Ropar researchers in collaboration with Momentum India Pvt Ltd have developed a novel UVGI based mostly room disinfection machine – UV Protected.
The state-of-the-art machine has been conceptualised and designed by Dr Khushboo Rakha, Assistant Professor, Division of Metallurgical and Supplies Engineering, and Dr Naresh Rakha, Senior Scientific Officer, with technical help from Dr Shahriar Reza, Design Advisor, IIT Ropar said in a launch on Thursday.
