In a case of RTI, the State Information Commission Haryana has summoned the EO (Executive Officer) of the City Council to the Commission for not providing information within the stipulated time. The day of December 8 has been fixed for the hearing of the case. State Information Commissioner Jai Singh Bishnoi will hear the case. The commission has issued this notice on the complaint of RTI activist Pawan Parik Advocate. Pawan Parik sought some information from the city council on 25 February 2020. The RTI had sought information about the high mast lights installed in the city. It was asked who was awarded the contract for repair of street light and high mast lights during the period 2016 to 2020. It has also been asked how is the state of the Earth system for Street Light? It was also asked that where high mast lights have been installed in the city and what measures have been taken to prevent accidents from the current flow in them. This information also in RTI It has been demanded that no arrangement of earthing has been made at Kin Street Light in the city. Who has the responsibility of arranging the economy to avoid the current. No information was provided by the State Public Information Officer-cum-Executive Officer of the City Council, to which Pawan Parik complained to the Information Commission. The Commission has issued notice taking cognizance of the complaint. The city council has been directed to reply to the RTI by December 1.
