Israeli couple arrested in Turkey on espionage charges

An Israeli married couple had been arrested for espionage late Friday after taking images of the Turkish president’s residence in Istanbul, Turkey’s official news company mentioned.

Anadolu Company mentioned a Turkish nationwide was additionally arrested. Police detained them after a tip off from an worker working within the Camlica radio and tv tower on the Asian facet of Istanbul.

The worker claimed they had been taking images of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s close by dwelling from the tower’s restaurant earlier this week.
