Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has prolonged the lockdown in Kerala until June 16. The Chief Minister’s workplace mentioned on Twitter that the important companies will likely be exempted and there will likely be a “full lockdown on June 12 and 13.”
The promoting of commodities like stationary, Jewellery, footwear, will likely be allowed to function between 7 am to 7 pm until June 17. Banks within the state will likely be allowed to open on alternate days on this interval.
From June 17, authorities workplaces, public sector items and native physique workplaces will likely be allowed to operate with 50 per cent workers.
“Lockdown prolonged until 16 June throughout Kerala. Full lockdown on 12 and 13 June. Shops promoting important commodities, uncooked supplies for industries (together with packaging), development supplies and banks will proceed to operate as they do now,” the Chief Minister’s workplace tweeted.
