Navsari Police has registered an offence in opposition to the chief officer and standing committee chairman of Navsari Nagar Palika, over the assault on an 80-year-old man by a stray donkey a 12 months in the past, following the directive of a neighborhood court docket on October 12.
As per the applying filed by the person’s household, Abdul Gani Kapadia, a resident of Navsari, was on his means to purchase medicines on August 26, 2019, when he was attacked by a stray donkey, following which he fell on the street, damaging his hip bone.

Navsari city police inspector H R Vaghela stated, “We’ve got registered an offence after the court docket’s order and we’ll perform additional investigations into the case.
