The Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) on Tuesday arrested a Delhi College professor in reference to the Elgar Parishad case. The NIA took over the investigation on January 24 this yr and arrested Anand Teltumbde and Gautam Navlakha on April 14, the official stated.
