The roads were made before the tender called by Nagar Parishd and municipalities
Sirsa The effect of the appointment of Mrs. Sangeeta Tetarwal as District Municipal Commissioner is beginning to be seen. Those corrupt officials working in the city council and municipalities now see no way of earning, who were engaged in looting with both hands till now. With the arrival of Mrs. Tetarwal, it has also become difficult to land ‘Alien’ in Sirsa district. Otherwise, in the Municipal Councils and Municipalities of Sirsa district, a lot of work was done by Alien itself. The surprising thing is that the Municipal Council Sirsa itself has confessed in RTI that the streets went from crores of rupees to unknown persons. In fact, the district municipalities and city councils were dominated by many corrupt officials, who acted with impunity on all the rules and regulations. These people allotted work to the loved ones without completing the tender process, without passing the proposal in the meeting of the city council. The contractors also did the work at the behest of these officials. When there were allegations of rigging in the streets and other work, the officers of the City Council were asked to clear their doors that the said streets or the said work was not done by the city council. Who did it, they do not know. The city council will not pay them. But later the name was changed to pay the same works.Experts tell that it has become difficult to carry forward this connection going on for decades, since Mrs. Sangeeta Tetarwal, IAS in Sirsa, has taken over as District Municipal Commissioner. He is also responsible for the municipalities of Dabwali, Kalanwali, Raniyan and Ellenabad including Sirsa. It is not only difficult to escape from his sharp eyes, but it is impossible. For this reason, ‘Ayilan’ cannot muster the courage to land in Sirsa.
Alien has made the street in Ward-8!
In the month of July, a street was constructed by Alien in Ward No-8 Khanna Colony of the City Council. Interlock of this street has been constructed at a cost of millions of rupees. Whose motion was never passed in the city council nor was it tendered. Ward councilor is also surprised by the construction of this street built from the house of Colony Bank employee Naresh Chopra to the house of retired police employee ASI Dara Singh. There is no mention of this street in the records of the city council, but the street has been built. It would have been possible to build the street first and then to get the payment, but with the appointment of Mrs. Tetarwal, it will be difficult to get the payment for the construction of this street. Since who made this street made without permission, without acceptance and without tender, it remains a mystery?
Corruption in nap has been at peak
Not only the city council Sirsa, but the corruption in the city council, Dabwali, Kalanwali and Raniya also set new records. Many corrupt officials worked to raise money here. Many cases have been investigated by CM Flying, State Vigilance and other investigating agencies and complaints of many cases are pending. A criminal case was registered against a dozen people including EO, ME, JE by the State Vigilance in the case of rigging of street construction in Sirsa. Similarly, the city Sirsa Police has also registered criminal cases against more than half a dozen officials and contractors in the case showing the construction of the Brahmakumari’s University in the papers. Similarly, crores of crores of rupees have been busted in Dabwali, in which dozens of officials including the then SDM, Vakars Manager of Roadways are accused. The rigging in Kalanwali municipality has also come to the fore.
Officers come from other departments to earn money!
This department has been the favorite of many corrupt people due to the rampant corruption in the city council and municipalities. Those officers from other departments come on deputation in this department and collect the goods and return to their original department. However, after the arrival of District Municipal Commissioner Smt. Sangeeta Tetarwal in Sirsa, now such people do not see any dal fault. It is said that for this reason, such officers coming from other departments in the city council or municipalities are preparing to return to their respective departments.
