The Proper to Service Fee has proposed so as to add 16 new providers underneath the Proper to Service Act within the UT.

At current, 486 public providers of 28 departments are lined underneath the Act.
The Commissioner in the present day proposed amendments to the notification, dated October 8, 2020. Sixteen new providers, together with 11 providers of three new departments, are proposed to be added.
The Adviser emphasised on the time-bound supply of providers and requested all secretaries and HoDs to make sure the follow of the Proper to Service Fee Act underneath their supervision. Any lapse within the implementation of this Act shall be dropped at the information of the Administration by the Commissioner, Proper to Service Fee, in order that well timed motion is taken.
