Russia Awaits Security Talks With US, NATO Amid Ukraine Crisis

Russia’s Overseas Minister Sergei Lavrov stated Wednesday he expects negotiations with the USA on Moscow’s safety calls for to start in January, with considerations mounting over the Ukraine battle.
