The Supreme Courtroom will on Monday hear the bail plea of activist Gautam Navlakha within the Elgar Parishad-Maoist hyperlink case.
A bench, comprising Justices U U Lalit and Okay M Joseph, had on March 15 requested the Nationwide Investigation Company (NIA) to file its response on the bail plea of the activist, and determined to listen to the identical on March 22.
The apex courtroom had taken word of the submission of Extra Solicitor Common S V Raju that NIA be granted extra time to file its response to the plea.
The activist had moved the highest courtroom on February 19 in opposition to the Bombay Excessive Courtroom order of February eight dismissing his bail plea.
