Chandigarh- On the orders of CM Nayab Singh Saini, a TGT Hindi instructor of Authorities Senior Secondary Faculty, Kanipla, has been suspended. A case below the POCSO Act had been registered in opposition to the instructor for allegedly misbehaving with a schoolgirl, and he was arrested within the matter.
Following a grievance raised by the sufferer’s household through the Jan Samvad programme at Ladwa, CM directed that the instructor be suspended. Performing instantly on these orders, the Director Normal of the Haryana Elementary Schooling Division suspended the instructor, Sameer Kaushik.
On Wednesday, through the Jan Samvad at Ladwa, the household of the sufferer pupil knowledgeable Saini that their daughter research at Authorities Senior Secondary Faculty, Kanipla, and that instructor Sameer Kaushik had misbehaved together with her. A grievance was lodged with the police, following which an FIR was registered on December 19 below numerous sections, and the accused instructor was arrested. Nevertheless, the instructor had not been suspended until then. Taking the matter critically, CM issued instructions over the telephone to senior officers on the Panchkula headquarters to make sure the instant suspension of the accused instructor.
