“Not less than 15 to 20 individuals arrived in a Tata 407 at round 7.30 am and tried to set a tractor on hearth. They claimed to be members of Youth Congress Punjab,” DCP (New Delhi district), Dr Eish Singhal, stated.
“The hearth has been doused and the tractor has been eliminated. Authorized motion is being taken within the matter and identification of the individuals concerned is being ascertained. 5 individuals have been detained until now and one car has been sized,” he added.
Locals informed the police that the group was additionally chanting slogans earlier than setting the car ablaze.
