Mohali, February 19
Veterinary medical doctors of the Animal Husbandry Division could make a humongous contribution in direction of elevating the financial standing of farmers of Punjab. This was said at this time by a member of the Punjab State Veterinary Council and former Joint Director of Animal Husbandry Division, Dr Gurinder Singh Walia, on the concluding operate of a three-day coaching on “Veterinary Jurisprudence and Ethics” held at Livestock Complicated in Sector 68 right here.
The coaching was organised for newly recruited 112 veterinary officers, which, in addition to Mohali, is being held in Patiala, Bathinda and Amritsar. At Mohali, 33 medical doctors from SAS Nagar, Patiala, Ludhiana, Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala and Fatehgarh Sahib participated within the coaching programme.
Dr Sunil Dutt Bhardwaj and Dr Harjinder Singh Deosi had been the topic specialists who imparted coaching to the medical doctors. — TPR
