Kurukshetra : Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday flagged off a particular pilgrimage practice to Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib and introduced a state-wide Somnath Yatra starting June 8. The practice was flagged off from Kurukshetra Railway Station beneath the Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana, with over 800 pilgrims from 9 districts embarking on the pilgrimage.
The Chief Minister interacted with passengers and prolonged his needs for a secure and spiritually fulfilling journey. Highlighting the importance of the initiative, Saini mentioned the pilgrimage connects Kurukshetra—related to the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita—with Nanded, the place Guru Gobind Singh attained ‘Joti Jot’, reflecting India’s wealthy non secular continuity.
