Punjab governor Gulab Chand Kataria hosts ‘at home’ reception on Independence Day

Chandigarh: Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria hosted the normal ‘At House’ reception on the lawns of Punjab Lok Bhavan, Chandigarh, on the event of Independence Day.
